Over-the-counter products are ordered in a few clicks. Prescription medicines follow the same steps, plus a prescription upload at checkout and a check by our pharmacist before anything ships.
Over-the-counter & health products
1. Find your products
Browse by category or search by name, active ingredient or strength.
2. Add to cart and check out
Sign in or create an account, enter a US delivery address and choose a payment method.
3. Pay
Pay by Bitcoin, Ethereum or bank transfer. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed.
4. Delivered
We pack your order discreetly and dispatch it. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
Prescription medicines
1. Get a prescription
Prescription-only medicines need a valid prescription from a licensed prescriber, such as your doctor.
2. Add the Rx item to your cart
Prescription items are marked “Rx · Prescription required” and are added to your cart as usual.
3. Upload your prescription at checkout
Add a clear photo or scan of your prescription where every detail can be read.
4. Pharmacist verification
Our pharmacist reviews your prescription and may contact you or your prescriber if anything needs confirming.
5. Dispatched once verified
After the prescription is verified and payment confirmed, your order ships. Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days.
Prescription items are never dispatched without a verified prescription. If we can't verify yours, we contact you and refund any prescription item we don't dispatch.
