About Tretinoin 0.025% Cream
Tretinoin is a retinoid (a form of vitamin A) applied to the skin to treat acne. It unblocks pores and helps stop new spots from forming. Improvement usually takes 6 to 12 weeks, and acne can seem to get worse in the first few weeks before it gets better. 0.025% is the gentlest strength, often the first one prescribed.

How to use
Once a day at bedtime, apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin where acne appears, waiting 20 to 30 minutes after washing. Keep it away from the eyes, mouth and corners of the nose. Use sunscreen and avoid sunlamps during treatment. Do not use it if you are pregnant or planning a pregnancy unless your doctor says so.
